Great value on the Pro license

I needed a way to host my photography portfolio and decided to try jAlbum during a seasonal promotion. I snagged the Pro license for 30% off, which felt like a really good deal. I was comparing it to some other services and this offered more control for the price. Setting up my first gallery with the Turtle skin was straightforward, and I felt I got a lot of bang for my buck. It definitely made the purchase feel worth it.

Consistent quality, reliable service

I've been using jAlbum for years, mostly for client proofing galleries. This time I renewed my jAlbum storage subscription and it was as smooth as always. I appreciate how consistent their service is. I've seen them add new features over time, like better video album support, which is a nice touch. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and it always delivers.

Easy to use for my photos

I just wanted to put some vacation photos online for my family without much fuss. I got the jAlbum Standard license. It was pretty easy to get the hang of it, just dragged my pictures in and it made a nice gallery. I used the Minimal skin. It wasn't complicated at all, which is what I needed. Everything worked out fine, no complaints here.

Good software, minor delivery hiccup

I purchased the jAlbum Pro license and it's been pretty solid for building web galleries. The software itself is robust, I especially liked the batch image resizer and the watermarking tool; they worked great for prepping my photos. My only small issue was the license key delivery. It wasn't instant like I expected, took a few hours to show up in my inbox, which meant I had to wait to get started. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though, so that was good. Overall, it's a valuable tool, but they could probably speed up the key distribution process a bit.
